Haryana State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2023/24

The Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana is providing undergraduate and graduate students who fall under the General and SC categories of students in the state with a chance called the Haryana State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2023–24. The plan aims to provide incentives to deserving students enrolled in the State's Government Colleges. A scholarship worth up to INR 5,000 will be awarded to the chosen applicants each year.

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2023/24:

• Students need to be a domicile of Haryana.
• Students should have secured first, second, or third in the annual university examination.
• Students must be pursuing general courses in Arts/Commerce/Science and education streams at a recognized government college.

Application Process:

Students need to submit an application form ONLINE only.

Documents:

• Aadhaar card
• Applicant’s photograph
• Applicant's signature
• Income certificate
• Haryana domicile certificate
• Caste certificate
• Class certificate
• Parivar pehchaan patra 
• Fee receipt
• The last exam passed the certificate (except for 1st-year students)
• BPL certificate (if applicable)
• Father's death certificate (if applicable)

Note:

• This scheme will be college-specific.
• Applicants from non-government colleges or pursuing correspondence courses/open universities will not be eligible for the award.
