Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for the Harry Perkins Memorial Scholarship:

  • Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian permanent humanitarian, or New Zealand citizen.
  • Selected Curtin University as a first or second preference through TISC to undertake an undergraduate-level course in 2025.
  • Relocating from a regional and/or remote area to commence study.
  • Demonstrate financial hardship and low socioeconomic status.

Value of the Scholarship:

The Harry Perkins Memorial Scholarship will provide the following support for the expected duration of the recipient's undergraduate-level degree (based on a full-time study load of 200 credits per year):

  • A cash stipend of AUD 2,000 will be given per semester.
