Global Merit Scholarship – Postgraduate Taught at Queen Mary University of London 2027:

The Global Merit Scholarship offers GBP 5,000 towards tuition fees for international students joining an eligible full-time postgraduate taught programme at Queen Mary University of London in September 2027. Applicants must hold an offer for an eligible programme and meet the academic, fee-status, and funding requirements.

Eligibility Criteria for the Global Merit Scholarship – Postgraduate Taught at Queen Mary University of London 2027:

• Applicant must have achieved, or be on course to achieve, a minimum of a UK high 2:2 Honours bachelor's degree or its overseas equivalent.
• Applicant must hold an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2027.
• Applicant must have overseas fee status confirmed by Queen Mary University of London and maintain this status throughout the programme. Applicants assessed as having Home fee status are not eligible, regardless of their domicile.
• Applicant must be enrolled in a full-time master's programme.
• Applicant must be fully self-funded.
• Applicant must not receive any other University scholarship or a full-fee scholarship from another source.

• All DClinDent programmes
• Licence in Dental Surgery (LDS)
• Clinical Doctorate in Medicine (DClin)
• Clinical Doctorate in Surgery (DClin)
• MSc Digital and Technology Solutions Specialist
• MSc Digital and Technology Solutions Specialist (Data Analytics)
• MSc Economics
• MSc Economics (Master's Apprenticeship Programme) – September start
• MSc DL VM Economics (Master's Apprenticeship Programme) – September start
• MSc Gastroenterology (24-month and 15-month programmes)
• MSc Genomic Medicine (HEE Funded)
• MSc Systems Engineering Degree Apprenticeship
• Laws Paris (LLM)
• PGCert VM Clinical Education (Degree Apprenticeship)
• Distance-learning programmes
• MRes programmes
• Standalone and integrated pre-master's programmes
• Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate programmes

Application Process:

• Applicants must first apply for an eligible master's programme at Queen Mary University of London and receive an offer.
• Once scholarship applications open, eligible offer holders will receive a scholarship application form by email.
• Applicants must complete and submit the scholarship application form.
• A single scholarship application will be considered for the Global Talent, Global Merit, and Global Excellence Scholarships.

Value of the Scholarship:

• GBP 5,000 is awarded to the recipient.
• The scholarship is deducted directly from the recipient's tuition fees upon enrolment at Queen Mary University of London.

Notes:

• The scholarship is available only to students who apply for and enrol in an eligible programme taught at Queen Mary University of London in September 2027. It cannot be deferred to a subsequent year of study.
• Recipients must be able to finance the remaining tuition fees and living expenses.
• The scholarship is confirmed once the recipient's admissions status is Unconditional Firm (UF) and they enrol at Queen Mary University of London.
• Queen Mary University of London reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship if the recipient's fee status changes to Home or they otherwise become ineligible.
• Where a deposit payment is required, an extension of the deposit deadline does not extend the scholarship offer.
• Unsuccessful applicants will not receive feedback due to the high level of competition.
