Overview

Eligibility Criteria of the Award:

  • Applicants must be Irish nationals or EU/UK nationals residing in Ireland for at least five years.
  • Applicants must be current or new entrants pursuing postgraduate studies with a minimum of 2.1.
  • Applicants must not hold dual citizenship, be a green card holder, or currently reside in the US.
  • Applicants must not possess significant prior experience in either studying or residing in the United States.
  • Applicants must demonstrate academic and personal excellence.
  • Applicants must provide a solid explanation for choosing the U.S., a comprehensive study or research program.
  • Applicants must demonstrate solid leadership abilities and a deep understanding and dedication to the principles of being a Fulbrighter.
