  • Applicants must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
  • Applicants must have been successful in gaining entry into the Honours year of a program of study through the Fenner School of Environment and Society or have been successful in gaining entry to the Master's Dissertation in a program of study through the Fenner School of Environment and Society.
  • Applicants must be intending to undertake research based at the National Arboretum Canberra on a topic relevant to activities conducted by the National Arboretum Canberra.
  • Applicants must have a strong academic record.
  • Applicants must have willing and suitable supervision.
