- Applicant must submit the official transcripts by the 20th day of their start semester. Students who begin in the summer semester will follow the fall-term guidelines and requirements, with awards disbursed during the fall semester.
- Applicant must enrol in at least 12 credit hours per fall and spring semester to receive the scholarship.
- Applicant must be an incoming, full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
