Applicants must:

Be an incoming first-year or returning undergraduate degree-seeking student.
Be enrolled full-time at University of Colorado Boulder.
Be a first-generation college student (neither parent, legal guardian, nor student has earned a bachelor’s degree or higher).
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.

Value of Forever Buffs First Generation Scholarship:

Recipients receive a scholarship award of $3,000 for one academic year.

Submit required essay responses, including a 500-word essay on what it means to be a first-generation college student.
