Forever a Phoenix Doctoral Scholarship

The Forever a Phoenix Doctoral Scholarship supports its alumni pursuing a doctoral degree.

Eligibility criteria for the Forever a Phoenix Doctoral Scholarship:

  • Applicants must be University of Phoenix alumni who have completed a master’s program at UOPX or another accredited institution.
  • Applicants must apply for and be admitted to a doctoral degree program.
  • Applicants must register and post attendance in their first doctoral course between November 1 and November 30, 2026.
  • Applicants residing in the United States must meet one of the specified legal residency or immigration-status requirements.
  • Applicants must meet all the admission requirements if selected.
  • Applicants must not be University of Phoenix employees or the spouse, dependent child, or domestic partner of an employee of the university or its affiliates.
  • To continue receiving the award, recipients must remain enrolled in their doctoral program, pass every attempted course, and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25
