Eligibility for Excellence Scholarship For Admission - Foreign Students at Laval University:
- Upon applying, the candidate must have a minimum overall score of 14/20 or higher.
- The applicant must be a citizen of one of the African nations in North or Sub-Saharan Africa.
- The applicant must be a recent graduate of a public university that has been accredited by the national ministry in charge of higher education. During file analysis, the eligibility of private establishments is evaluated.
