EU Postgraduate Scholarship

The EU Postgraduate Scholarship is provided by The University of Stirling, and it supports eligible EU students pursuing postgraduate taught studies at the university.

Eligibility criteria for the EU Postgraduate Scholarship at the University of Stirling:

  • Applicants must be classed as international for tuition fee purposes.
  • Applicants must be ordinarily resident in the EU before commencing their studies.
  • Applicants from the Republic of Ireland will be eligible for a range of England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland scholarships.
  • If you are offered more than one University of Stirling award, then the highest value award will be applied.
  • This scholarship can only be combined with the University of Stirling's sports scholarships.
  • This award is only available to applicants entering directly into a full-time postgraduate degree program, delivered at the university’s Stirling campus.

Application Process for the EU Postgraduate Scholarship at the University of Stirling:

  • No separate application is required.
  • Eligible students will automatically be identified as part of the admissions process. 

Value of the Scholarship:

A £5,000 tuition fee discount will be automatically granted by the University of Stirling to eligible EU students beginning their postgraduate teaching degree on campus in September 2025 and January 2026.
