ÉTS School of Technology, Université du Québec offers a Master's Degree with a Thesis Doctorate concentrating on applied engineering teaching and technology with realistic, industrial, and innovative approaches to make students work ready and understand to succeed in the global workforce.

Eligibility criteria for the ETS Internal Master’s and Doctorate International Awards, 2025:

  • Candidates around the globe can apply for the Program.
  • Candidates can apply for the Master's and Doctorate certificate program in any subject offered by the University.
  • Candidates must be registered full-time (including a maximum of 3 out-of-program credits) in a master's (with thesis) or PhD program at the university.
  • Candidates must not be in an extension period.
  • Candidates must not hold a reward of $10,000 or more per year obtained in a competition/selection process.
  • Master's candidates must have a cumulative average of at least 3,5/4.3 in the current program of study.
  • PhD candidates must have passed the doctoral exam (DGA1030).
  • Candidates must possess good Communication and leadership skills.
