Eligibility for the Sage IT Scholarship:

• This scholarship can be availed by all Indian citizens and legal residents, who are older than 17 years and below 30 years.
• All regular and part-time college students are also eligible to take part in this contest.
• The participating student must be enrolled in a recognized College/University functioning in the Indian states and Union Territories.

Topic Options for Submission:

The topic “Will Generative AI be a Boon or Bane for our Future Generations? How will you leverage Generative AI for the benefit of humans?” explores the potential impact of Generative AI and challenges students to consider its advantages and drawbacks, as well as propose ways to harness it for the betterment of society. It has the potential to revolutionize various industries and enhance human capabilities, but it also raises concerns regarding ethics, privacy, and potential negative consequences. We encourage students to keep a more holistic view while talking about its advantages, ethical considerations and challenges, its potential applications, and how we can balance its benefits and risks. Students can present their viewpoints, backed by research and evidence, on whether Generative AI will be more advantageous or detrimental for future generations. They can propose strategies to leverage Generative AI responsibly, ensuring it serves the greater good while minimizing potential risks and challenges.

Value of the Scholarship:

It is a one-time amount and whoever wins will get a total of ₹50,000 which will directly go to the College/University where the winner has enrolled or will enroll in the future.
