Ed Sardella Broadcast Scholarship at University of Colorado Boulder 2026

Eligibility Criteria for Ed Sardella Broadcast Scholarship:

• Applicants must be students in the College of Communication, Media, Design and Information at the University of Colorado Boulder.
• Applicants must be studying broadcast news or related journalism fields.
• Applicants must demonstrate excellent writing skills.
• Financial need may be considered through FAFSA or CASFA.
• Applicants are evaluated holistically based on academics, leadership, extracurricular involvement, community service, employment, and essays.
• Essay quality and writing ability are heavily weighted in selection.

Value of Ed Sardella Broadcast Scholarship:

$2,800 scholarship award.
