Overview

The objective of the project is to integrate additional data analytics and guiding automation into the existing human-guided Orion Orchard imager and harvester technology. In order to develop a solution appropriate for mango orchards, the project intends to improve these current technologies.

Eligibility criteria for the CQUniversity and Freelance Robotics National Industry PhD Program Scholarship:

  • Applicants must hold an undergraduate with honors or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, Mechatronics, or related fields. 
  • Open Drivers License.
