• Be declared as a College of Business major on their university admissions application.
• Complete the University’s scholarship resume by December 1 (for incoming freshmen).
• Apply through their myState account based on their student status:
  • Freshmen: Apply via myState by MSU's priority deadline.
  • Transfer & Returning students: Apply between January 15 and March 1.
