The COLFUTURO-RMIT University Joint Scholarship aims to provide further financial assistance to talented Colombian students who want to pursue Master's and PhD programs at RMIT.
Eligibility for COLFUTURO-RMIT University Joint Scholarship:
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Colombia.
- Have received an offer of admission to a Masters or PhD program at RMIT University.
- Be an awardee of the COLFUTURO scholarship-loan.
- Commence full-time enrolment as an onshore international student (in Australia).
Value of the Scholarship:
RMIT Support:
- 100% tuition fee discount for up to 6 eligible students
- PhD: 3 years (possible 6-month extension)
- Masters by Research: 2 years (no extension)
- 15% tuition fee discount for up to 8 coursework students at any time.
- RMIT English Language Bursary (ELICOS) for Latin American students if English study is required.
COLFUTURO Support:
- Up to USD 50,000 to cover remaining tuition fees, living costs, OSHC, and related expenses.
Application Process:
- Find and apply for a suitable Masters or PhD program at RMIT University.
- Receive an offer of admission from RMIT.
- Apply for the COLFUTURO scholarship-loan via the COLFUTURO website.
- Selected COLFUTURO beneficiaries will be automatically considered for the COLFUTURO–RMIT joint scholarship (tuition discount).
