Cleveland Clinic's Administrative Fellowship Program 2023

Cleveland Clinic’s Administrative Fellowship Program is a 12-month post-graduate training program. The fellowship is project–oriented and gives the fellows numerous opportunities to participate in projects throughout the Foundation. The program is geared toward the self-starter who has some practical experience in the healthcare environment.

Eligibility for the Cleveland Clinic's Administrative Fellowship Program:

• Qualified applicants have a Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MHSA) or equivalent course work completed from a U.S.-based university.
• Preferred applicants hold a Master's degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation Healthcare Management Education (CAHME); however, applications from non-CAHME programs will be accepted for review.
• The 12-month program is a post-graduate training program, beginning immediately upon completion of a healthcare related graduate degree.

• Cover Letter (addressed to Gina Cronin, Program Director)
• Resume
• Graduate letters of recommendation (one academic and one professional)
• Official graduate school transcript
• Official or unofficial undergraduate transcript
• Two essays:
• Essay Question 1 (one-page maximum): Explain how an administrative fellowship will help you attain your career goals and how a Cleveland Clinic fellowship complements these goals.
• Essay Question 2 (one-page maximum): Cleveland Clinic’s CEO is looking for new and innovative ways to engage patients in their care.
