Administrative Fellowship Program at Cleveland Clinic 2025

Cleveland Clinic’s Administrative Fellowship Program is project-oriented and gives the fellows numerous opportunities to participate in projects throughout the Foundation. The program is geared toward the self-starter who has some practical experience in the healthcare environment.

Eligibility for the Cleveland Clinic's Administrative Fellowship Program:

Applicants must:

• Hold a master’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution
• Have graduated within 6 months prior to fellowship start or be on track to complete their degree before June start
• Preferably have a degree from a CAHME-accredited program (not mandatory)
• Be willing to relocate to Cleveland, OH, or Florida campus locations for the fellowship
• Understand that visa sponsorship is not provided

Application Process:

• Eligible candidates must apply online for the fellowship program.
• First-round virtual interviews will take place mid-to-late September.
• Onsite interviews will take place at the end of September or early October.
• The application should include the following documents:
  • Resume,
  • Two graduate letters of recommendation (one academic and one professional),
  • Official graduate school transcript,
  • Official or unofficial undergraduate transcript,
  • Two essays:
    • Personal Statement (1 page),
    • Essay 2 (500 words or less).
