CIM North Central BC Branch Award at the  University of Northern British Columbia 2026

The CIM North Central BC Branch Award at the University of Northern British Columbia supports undergraduate students studying Environmental Engineering or Geology who are interested in pursuing a career in the mining industry.

Eligibility Criteria for the CIM North Central BC Branch Award at the  University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students.
• Applicants must be enrolled in Environmental Engineering or Geology.
• Applicants must have completed at least 30 credit hours.
• Preference is given to BC residents from Williams Lake and north interested in a mining career.
• Second preference is given to applicants with a family member in the mining industry.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need and academic proficiency.

Application Process for the CIM North Central BC Branch Award at the  University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Complete the online Awards Application.
• If applicable, provide the name and employer of the family member working in the mining industry and your relationship to them.
• Additional documentation is required.
• Selection is made by the Awards Office/SCSB.
