Childcare Funding

The Childcare Funding helps to provide support to eligible full-time students with registered childcare costs while they study at the university.

Eligibility criteria for the Childcare Funding:

Applicants must be current full-time students at the university.
Applicants must be UK-domiciled and meet the relevant Scottish residency requirements.
Applicants must be receiving their full SAAS funding package, including tuition fees, the full living-cost loan, and the special support loan.
Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible full-time course, including qualifying postgraduate courses.
Applicants must have used their full entitlement to other available financial support.
Applicants must be paying for registered childcare.
Applicants must be under 15 years old, or under 17 if they have special educational needs.
