Eligibility for Cecil Houston Diaspora Scholarship:
- Consideration is given to students of black African descent in recognition of the unique educational circumstances and scholarship needs of members of their communities.
- Eligible candidates must have a minimum entering average of 70%, must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents (includes those with Protected Persons status), meeting OSAP Ontario residency requirements, who demonstrate financial need.
