Overview
The Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative (CYFI) is a professional development program seeking to develop the fellows in core leadership, communication, and program management skills, improve their network, and get them mentored.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be Nigerian nationals.
- Applicants must be 30 or younger.
- Applicants must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Applicants must not be alumni of the Carrington Fellowship.
- Applicants must be available to participate in the one-year-long program and both the virtual and physical boot camps.
