BP Finance UG Scholarship at Queen Mary University of London

The BP Finance Undergraduate (UG) Scholarship at Queen Mary University of London is a fully funded award that covers tuition fees and provides an annual living expenses allowance. It is sponsored by the company BP and is intended to support students in the financial sector.

Eligibility Criteria of BP Finance UG Scholarship:

1. Must be assessed as a Home student for tuition fees and be of Black heritage background (as defined by selecting one of the following UCAS ethnicity codes: Black – Caribbean; Black – African; Black – Other; White/Black Caribbean; White/Black African).
2. Must have firmly accepted an offer from Queen Mary to study one of the following undergraduate degree courses within the School of Economics and Finance or the School of Business and Management.

Application Process:

1. Submit an essay of no more than 1,000 words addressing the topic: “Discuss ways to align the financial system with environmental sustainability.” The word limit includes all text, diagrams, figures, tables, and references. Essays exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.
2. Applicants must be available for an interview during the week commencing 10 November 2025. The exact day will be confirmed, and interviews may be conducted remotely.

Award: Fully funded university education (tuition fees and a living expenses allowance) equivalent to GBP 25,000 per academic year.
