Bonner Scholarship at Waynesburg University 2026

Eligibility Criteria for the Bonner Scholarship at Waynesburg University:

Applicants must:

• Have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Graduate in the top two-fifths of their class
• Demonstrate financial need (per Bonner Foundation guidelines)
• Show a proven commitment to community service
• Complete 140 hours of unpaid service per semester during the academic year
• Complete two summers of 280 hours of community service (may be paid)
• Participate in training and enrichment activities
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher during the program

Value of the Bonner Scholarship at Waynesburg University:

• Annual scholarship: $3,000–$5,000 for tuition/educational expenses
• Summer service stipend: $2,500
• Additional funds after summer service: $2,000/year ($1,000 per semester)
• Can be combined with other federal, state, or institutional aid
