In memory of Mr. Jasper, his friends and family have donated the Claude J. Jasper Memorial Scholarship. In 1933, Mr. Jasper graduated with a bachelor of law from the University of Wisconsin. After that, he spent several years practising law focusing on transportation regulation. In addition, he was Wisconsin's Republican Party chairman.
