The Scholarship was established in 2021 and is maintained by an annual gift from Boeing Australia.

Eligibility for the Boeing Aerospace Engineering Scholarship:

Students are classified as an Australian Citizen.
Students must have completed between 12 - 43 units
Students do not hold a scholarship that the Associate Dean considers to be similar.

Students are studying one of the engineering programs:

electrical engineering
electrical and biomedical engineering
electrical and computer engineering
mechanical engineering
mechanical and aerospace engineering
mechanical and materials engineering
mechatronic engineering
software engineering.

Selection criteria:

Academic achievement
Personal qualities (including leadership potential)
Any other matter that the selection committee considers to be relevant.

Students must submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
