Overview
The Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans is a fellowship program to support immigrants and children of immigrants working towards a full-time graduate degree in the United States.
Eligibility Criteria for Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships:
- Applicants must be immigrants and refugees to the US.
- Applicants who are US citizens by birth must have both of their parents born abroad as non-US citizens.
- Applicants must be 30 years old and younger.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time graduate or professional program in the US in the 2027-2028 academic year.
- Applicants can enroll in any of the programs at any of the universities in the US.
Application Process:
All eligible candidates must apply online to be considered for the scholarship. The application should include the following components:
- Higher education history,
- Details of the preferred degree program,
- A minimum of three recommendations,
- Resume,
- Two essays,
- Transcripts (college, graduate),
- Scores of standardized tests.
Value of the Scholarship:
The successful candidates will receive a stipend and tuition support.
