Introduction: 

The Barkley's of Avonmore Bursary is an entrance bursary established in 1980 by Mr. & Mrs. Fred Barkley. It is awarded to one deserving international undergraduate student entering Brock University. Preference is given to students from developing countries who demonstrate financial need.
