Overview

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania's government offers several scholarships to nationals of non-EU nations every year. Only applicants with good academic records—that is, an average of the study years for the most recent school from which they graduated—that is at least 7 (seven) points—that is, the Good score, according to Romania's scoring system—are qualified.
