The American Chemical Society (ACS) is offering scholarships to underrepresented minority students to enter the fields of chemistry or chemistry-related fields.

Eligibility Criteria for American Chemistry Society Scholarship Program 2026:

Applicants must:

  • Be a graduating high school senior or undergraduate student (freshman through senior) planning to enroll full‑time in college for the upcoming academic year
  • Be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
  • Plan to major or already be majoring in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemical technology, or another chemistry‑based science
  • Plan to pursue a career in the chemical sciences
  • Demonstrate high academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Have a complete application including required essays, transcripts, recommendation letters, and FAFSA submission summary

Value of American Chemistry Society Scholarship Program 2026:

$10,000 per year renewable scholarship to support undergraduate study in chemistry or related fields.
