Applicants must:

  • Have completed a University of Essex-validated Bachelor's, Master's, Graduate Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, or PGCE.
  • Be entirely self-funded.
  • Enroll in an eligible postgraduate programme (MA, MSc, MBA, LLM, MFA, MAPH, MRes, MAD, MSD, MPhil, PD or PhD) in October 2026, January 2027, or April 2027.
  • Progress from undergraduate to Master's study or from Master's to PhD study.

Value of Alumni Loyalty Discount:

Eligible students receive a 20% tuition fee discount on postgraduate study, depending on their previous University of Essex qualification and academic achievement.
