Royal Charter 40th Anniversary Scholarship at the University of Buckingham 2024

The University of Buckingham established a new scholarship program for deserving candidates seeking research degrees in honor of the university's royal charter being granted on February 11, 1983.

Eligibility for Royal Charter 40th Anniversary Scholarship at the University of Buckingham:

Candidates with outstanding academic records and promising careers will receive awards. A solid CV, an outline proposal, and a distinction in the master's project or thesis components are often required for PhD applications. Applications for a Master's by Research typically require a first-class undergraduate degree, high performance in any research component, a solid curriculum vitae, and an outstanding proposal.

Value of the scholarship:

• Home Applicants: The entire tuition fee for home applicants will be paid by the university.
• International Applicants: International applicants will only be charged the difference between the UK and international fee rate

Application Process:

To be considered for the scholarship, the applicants should:

• Using the Course Finder and the "Apply Now" button located at the bottom of the appropriate program page, fill out a standard application for the chosen research program and entrance point.
• Get the RC40A Further Particulars and read it.
• get in touch with the Department or School that they think will host their study directly. (The Faculty links in the Staff Directory may be used to get the contact information and a summary of the research interests of individual faculty members in each of the university's four faculties.)
• Send an outline research proposal labeled "RC40 Scholarship Proposal" to the appropriate department or school to make sure the project aligns with regional goals and has access to the necessary supervision. (Each Department/School will provide a template that works well for the proposal or specify what has to be included.)
