Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarships in China 2026

The Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, 2025 is open to students who wish to pursue both Degree and non-degree programs at the Yunnan Agricultural University.

Eligibility for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarships in China, 2025:

• Candidates applying for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, 2025 must be non-Chinese students with good health.
• Bachelor’s degree program applicants must be less than 25 years old and are required to have a High School Graduation Certification with outstanding performance,
• Master's degree program applicants must be less than 35 years old and are required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding performance,
• Applicants of the doctoral program must be aged less than 40 years and should possess a Master’s Degree with excellent performance.
• Applicants of Chinese Language Learning Students (1-2 years) must be less than 35 years old and a High School Graduation Certification is required.
• Applicants of Visiting students (1-2 years) must be aged not more than 45 years and either hold a bachelor's degree or have studied in universities for 2 years and also choose their previous majors.
• Applicants of Visiting scholars (1-2 years) should be less than 50 years old and hold a Master’s Degree.
• All the applicants of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, 2022 except Chinese Languages Learning Students applicants must have a basis for Chinese and submit an HSK certificate.

Documents required:

• Original and copy of the application form in English or Chinese.
• Copies of highest academic degree certificates.
• A copy of a valid HSK certificate.
• Study plan in Chinese or English.
• Two recommendation letters in English or Chinese.
• A copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form in English.
• Non-Criminal Record.
