Young Fund Bursary at Mohawk College:

A need-based bursary for students from the Hamilton Area, intended to help them access post-secondary education and support their retention and successful completion of their program at Mohawk College.

Eligibility requirements for the Young Fund Bursary at Mohawk College:

• The applicants must demonstrate financial need according to OSAP eligibility guidelines.
• The applicants must be from the Hamilton Area.
• The applicants must have been an Ontario resident for 12 consecutive months prior to the start of studies.
• The applicants must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person.

Application Process:

• This is a general award the students can apply for through the Mohawk College Scholarships and Bursaries Application.

Value of the Scholarship:

• Total CAD 5,000: CAD 2,500 is awarded in the Fall semester and CAD 2,500 in the Winter semester to support a full-time student.
