  • Application must be supported by VISTA Core or Associate member to would eventually be the applicant's supervisor.
  • Research experience in fields aligned with the VISTA program.

Selection Criteria:

  • The application is evaluated in the following manner:
    • Academic Excellence: 40% weightage.
    • Research potential/experience: 20% weightage.
    • Research proposal and training plan: 30% weightage.
    • Innovation, Leadership, and Initiative: 10% weightage.
