Xiamen University New International Students Scholarships 2025

Eligibility:

• The conditions of the relevant programs for which an applicant is applying must be met.
• Age restrictions and educational background (as of September 1st, academic year):
• • Bachelor's programs: be under 25 years old and possess a high school diploma or above;
  • Master's programs: be under 40 years old and possess a bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Doctoral programs: candidates must be under 45 years old and possess a master's degree or higher.

Selection and Notification:

The applicant's academic history, language skills, overall qualifications, research accomplishments, and remarks from their potential supervisor will all be thoroughly reviewed. The university administration will receive the shortlisted applicants for final clearance.

Duration of Scholarships:

• Bachelor's programs: 4 or 5 years.
• Master's programs: 2 or 3 years.
• Doctoral programs: 4 years.

• • First-class fees include tuition and a monthly living stipend of RMB 3,000.
  • Tuition cost only applies to second-class students.
