Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Scholarship

The WISE Scholarship supports female students pursuing undergraduate studies in engineering, physical sciences, energy, geoscience, infrastructure and related fields at Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.

Eligibility Criteria for the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Scholarship:

  • Applicants must be Malaysian female students with qualifications from a recognised Malaysian institution.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate programme within EPS or EGIS.
  • Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, extracurricular involvement and a passion for STEM.
  • Applicants must have an offer letter at the time of application.

Application process for the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Scholarship:

  • Applicants must submit the scholarship application with the required offer letter and supporting documents.
  • Applicants must apply by 5 December for the January intake or 7 August for the September intake.
