- The Women in Leadership Project Scholarship Program is open to female applicants.
- Applicants must be Afghan citizens currently residing in Afghanistan;
- Applicants must hold high school transcripts.
- Must have exceptional academic qualifications and commitment to scholarship adjudicators.
- Applicants must demonstrate family support by providing the scholarship committee with a signed letter from one or both parents
