  • Participating in an international trip that includes a hands-on archaeological experience.
  • The applicant is required to submit an essay of 150-250 words, explaining their desire to take part in an international archaeological dig.
  • Not renewable to the same student.
  • Demonstration of financial need is required.
  • After the students have returned from their international archaeological field school or experience, they are required to submit a 1-page report in one of the archaeological classes and also give a 10–15 minute presentation featuring images of the dig and key highlights from the trip.

Value of the Scholarship:

An amount of $1,000 is awarded to the student.
