Overview
Kansas State University has established the William L. Richter International Scholarship to provide financial assistance to international students properly enrolled in any curriculum at K-State. Preference will be given to international students who have financial needs, and show academic potential.
Eligibility criteria for the William L. Richter International Scholarship:
- Open to all international students.
- Applicants must be graduate or undergraduate students properly enrolled at Kansas State University.
- Applicants must not have received this scholarship during the previous academic year.
- The applicant's current I-20 or DS-2019 must be issued by K-State.
- You must be continuing as a student at K-State during the Fall 2026 semester. The scholarship
funding will be awarded to cover Fall 2026 tuition/fees.
Note - Students graduating prior to Fall 2026 are not eligible to receive this scholarship.
