Walter P. Riley Radical Change Scholarship at San Francisco State University 2026

To provide scholarships to undergraduate students in any major in the College of Liberal & Creative Arts who are committed to pursuing radical social change through community activism.

Eligibility Criteria for the Walter P. Riley Radical Change Scholarship at San Francisco State University:

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in any major within the College of Liberal & Creative Arts.
• Be an undergraduate student.
• Be a continuing or entering student enrolled in at least 1 unit.
• Not be graduating in Spring or Summer 2026 (not eligible).

Graduate students are not eligible to apply to this scholarship.

Application Process:

Students need to submit a general application to be eligible for the scholarship.
