Overview

Vietnamese nationals who reside in Vietnam and who have demonstrated a strong academic record as well as the ability to significantly impact the institution and its surrounding areas are eligible to apply for a 20% scholarship from Deakin.

Eligibility for the Vietnam Scholarship at Deakin University:

  • Be a citizen of Vietnam living in Vietnam
  • Be a new student commencing their degree by Trimester 3, 2027
  • Have not accepted any other Deakin Scholarship
  • Meet the entry requirements for their chosen course, including English language proficiency
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at Deakin, excluding courses offered by the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built
  • Environment (SEBE) and Faculty of Health#, except for specific eligible health degrees listed below

Application Process:

Every eligible prospective student will automatically be evaluated for the scholarship and informed of the results.

Value of the Scholarship:

All successful candidates are awarded a 20% discount towards tuition fees.
