Vietnamese nationals who reside in Vietnam and who have demonstrated a strong academic record as well as the ability to significantly impact the institution and its surrounding areas are eligible to apply for a 20% scholarship from Deakin.

Eligibility for the Vietnam Scholarship at Deakin University:

Be a citizen of Vietnam living in Vietnam
Be a new student commencing their degree by Trimester 3, 2027
Have not accepted any other Deakin Scholarship
Meet the entry requirements for their chosen course, including English language proficiency
Be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at Deakin, excluding courses offered by the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built
Environment (SEBE) and Faculty of Health#, except for specific eligible health degrees listed below

Application Process:

Every eligible prospective student will automatically be evaluated for the scholarship and informed of the results.

Value of the Scholarship:

All successful candidates are awarded a 20% discount towards tuition fees.
