Eligibility for the Vice-Chancellor's Academic Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships:

  • Applicants cannot be citizens of Australia, New Zealand, or permanent residents of Australia. 
  • Applicants must be starting a new academic program in 2025.
  • Applicants need to have an offer of admission from Western Sydney University.
  • Applicants' most recent undergraduate degree must be completed with a minimum GPA of 5.95 on a 7-point scale, or the equivalent.
  • Applicants must accept their admission offer by the acceptance deadline and fulfill any additional admission requirements in the offer letter.
  • Non-Eligible courses: High research courses, Master of Nursing and Psychology

All eligible candidates are automatically assessed for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

Successful applicants will receive fifty percent (50%) of the tuition price per session for full-time enrollment for a maximum of two years of study.
