Eligibility criteria for Venerable Archdeacon Edward Leo Hayes Adult Undergraduate Scholarship 2021:
The scholarship is open to applicants who:
- Are not less than 25 years of age on the date the application must be lodged; and
- Intend to enrol at the university in the first semester of the year of the award.
- Preference will be given to students who lived or worked in the area of the Darling Downs for a period of 12 months.
Selection criteria:
The scholarship is awarded to the applicant showing greatest merit as demonstrated by-
- Financial position of the applicant and the difficulties which they may have overcome to enrol at the university.
- Academic achievement in secondary school or their program.
- Other evidence as may be deemed relevant.
