Scholarship for Gaokao Students from the People’s Republic of China at University of Technology Sydney 2025

To draw the best-performing foreign students from China who is finishing their senior secondary school and are accepted into UTS's undergraduate program in Sydney based on their Gaokao scores.

Eligibility criteria for Scholarship for Gaokao Students from the People’s Republic of China:

Applicants must:

• Be international students (not Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, or permanent residents of Australia).
• Have completed Senior Secondary School (Gao San) in China.
• Have undertaken the Gaokao, administered by a Provincial or Municipal Education Examination Authority in China.
• Have achieved a competitive Gaokao score and be admitted to UTS based on this qualification, no longer than one year after completing the Gaokao.
• Meet all UTS admission requirements for the chosen undergraduate program.
• Commence full-time, on-campus studies at UTS in Sydney (includes face-to-face and remote learning modes for on-campus degrees).

Value of Scholarship for Gaokao Students from the People’s Republic of China:

Covers 75% or 50% of UTS tuition fees (depending on academic ranking).
