Cumbria International PGT Scholarship

The Cumbria International PGT Scholarship supports eligible self-funded international students enrolling in selected full-time taught postgraduate programmes in the 2026/27 academic year.

Eligibility criteria for the Cumbria International PGT Scholarship:

  • Applicants must be international students with overseas fee status.
  • Applicants must be self-funding their studies.
  • Applicants must hold an offer for September 2026 or January 2027 entry.
  • Applicants must enrol in an eligible full-time taught postgraduate programme.
  • The programme must be one of the specific eligible programmes taught at the Ambleside, Carlisle, or Lancaster campuses.

Application process for the Cumbria International PGT Scholarship:

  • All offer conditions must be met, and the required tuition fee deposit must be paid by August 19, 2026 for September 2026 entry.
  • For January 2027 entry, all conditions must be met and the deposit paid by December 16, 2026.
  • The scholarship cannot be combined with other awards.
  • No separate scholarship application is required.
  • Eligible students are automatically awarded the scholarship as a reduction in tuition fees.
