Eligibility for University of Birmingham Singapore Outstanding Achievement Scholarships:

  • Applicants must be citizens of Singapore.
  • Applicants must have a confirmed offer of admission from the university for an undergraduate program.
  • Applicants must fulfill the academic conditions of the program.
  • Applicants must identify as overseas fee payers for tuition fee purposes.
  • Applicants must commence their studies in September 2024.
  • Applicants must possess adequate financial resources to adequately fund their entire living expenses at the University of Birmingham, in addition to covering any associated visa or travel costs related to their studies in the United Kingdom.
  • Applicants belonging to the following criteria are ineligible:
    • Current students at the University of Birmingham
    • Students applying for MBChB Medicine and Surgery or BDS Dental Surgery
    • Recipients of a full government scholarship or alternative scholarship

Application Process:

  • The eligible candidates must be registered with one of the university's local representatives.
  • The candidates must accept the admission offer from the University of Birmingham.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded a sum of GBP 4,000 towards their tuition fees.
