University of Birmingham India Chancellor's Scholarships 2024

The University of Birmingham is happy to announce that 15 scholarships worth GBP 4,000 have been awarded by the Indian Chancellor to specific Indian applicants seeking admission to the university's postgraduate program beginning in September 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for University of Birmingham India Chancellor's Scholarships:

• Students need to be enrolled in a full-time postgraduate course.
• Students should be classified as international fee-paying students.
• Students must hold an offer in an eligible course with the university.
• Students need to be a citizen of India.
• Undergraduate programs including the MBChB, MEng, MSci, and MPharm are not eligible.
• To be eligible for the scholarship, students must have accepted an offer from Birmingham, chosen Birmingham as their firm choice, and paid the required deposit. 

Application Process:

To apply for the scholarship students will need to have accepted an offer from Birmingham, have selected Birmingham as their firm choice, and paid the deposit. The deadline for scholarship applications is May 31st, 2024.

Value of the Scholarship:

Up to GBP 4,000 towards tuition fees.

Awarding:

Scholarships will be granted based on the eligibility criteria provided earlier and in accordance with the application and admission procedures outlined above. The University will make every effort to include scholarship details on each student's CAS record for visa application purposes (this information will be visible to the UKVI but not to the student). The scholarship, which is applied as a tuition fee discount, will be awarded or applied upon the successful candidate's enrollment in September 2024.
