University of Auckland Architecture Centenary Award 2025

In honor of the School of Architecture and Planning's centennial anniversary of founding, alumni of the school founded the award in 2018. The Award's primary goal is to support a master's-level student enrolled in a professional architecture program who is conducting thesis research on creative, interdisciplinary approaches to urban planning and architecture in the context of New Zealand's quickly changing social landscape.

Eligibility for the University of Auckland Architecture Centenary Award:

• Students who have paid the fees for full-time study for the thesis year of a Master of Architecture degree or who have made arrangements to pay the expenses will receive the award.
• The Award is open to both native and foreign students.
• Students will be selected on academic merit as assessed by grade point average (GPA).

Application Process:

Students are not required to fill out an online application or apply for this scholarship, award, or prize. It is given out based on the advice of the appropriate University of Auckland committee or faculty.

Value of the University of Auckland Architecture Centenary Award:

NZD 2,000 towards tuition fee.
