Eligibility Criteria for the University of Auckland Architecture Centenary Award 2026:
- Be enrolled in the thesis year of a Master of Architecture (Professional) program.
- Be domestic or international students.
- Demonstrate academic merit, with a minimum GPA of:
- 7.00 for most candidates
- 6.50 for Māori and Pacific candidates
- Undertake thesis research investigating innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to architecture and urban design in New Zealand.
- Nominated by the Head of the School of Architecture and Planning or a nominee.
Value of University of Auckland Architecture Centenary Award 2026:
- Value: $2,000
- Paid in one lump sum in the third week of the first semester of enrollment in the thesis year.
