Overview

Eligibility for Undergraduate Global Scholarship: 

  • Applicants must be enrolled undergraduate international students who exceed the published entry requirements (as per the prospectus for the year of entry) will automatically be awarded the scholarship as a tuition fee discount.
  • Applicants must be self-funding. International students are eligible, and you must be confirmed as an overseas student for fee-paying purposes. 
  • The scholarship is for full-time undergraduate students who will be based at Keele University and start their studies in September 2025. 
  • One-year top-up degree courses are also eligible for the scholarship, as long as all course and applicant-related terms and conditions are met.

Non-Eligible Programs:

  • Foundation Year study
  • Medicine programs
  • Programs delivered through the Harper and Keele Veterinary School

Application Process:

The candidates are not required to submit a separate application for the scholarship.

Value of the scholarship:

  • Year 1:
    • Students who meet the stated entrance requirements will receive awards of £5,000 for their Year 1 (Level 4) tuition.
  • Year 2
    • £1,000 will be applied against the Year 2 (Level 5) tuition cost if a weighted average module mark of 60–69% is obtained from the modules studied in Year 1 (Level 4).
    • £2,000 will be applied against the Year 2 (Level 5) tuition cost if a weighted average module mark of 70% or above is obtained from the modules studied in Year 1 (Level 4).
  • Year 3:
    • £1,000 will be applied against the Year 3 (Level 6) tuition cost if a weighted average module mark of 60–69% is obtained from the modules studied in Year 2 (Level 5).
    • £2,000 will be applied against the Year 3 (Level 6) tuition cost if a weighted average module mark of 70% or above is obtained from the modules studied in Year 2 (Level 5).
  •  Year 4 (if applicable):
    • £1,000 will be applied against the Year 4 (Level 7) tuition cost if a weighted average module mark of 60–69% is obtained from the modules studied in Year 3 (Level 6).
    • £2,000 will be applied to the Year 4 (Level 7) tuition cost if a weighted average module mark of 70% or above is obtained from the modules studied in Year 3 (Level 6).
