Eligibility Criteria for Transfer Presidential Scholarship at Emporia State University 2027:

• Applicant must submit all official transcripts from all universities attended.
• Applicant must submit the official transcripts by the 20th day of their start semester. Students who begin in the summer semester will follow the fall-term guidelines and requirements, with awards disbursed during the fall semester.
• Applicant must enrol in at least 12 credit hours per fall and spring semester to receive the scholarship.
• Applicant must be an incoming transfer student with 24 or more transferable credit hours beginning at ESU.

Value of the Scholarship:

  • GPA 3.75–3.94: USD 2,500 per year

Notes:

• Fall transfer students with at least 24 transferable credit hours may renew the scholarship for one additional year by completing 24 ESU credit hours annually and maintaining a 3.0 ESU GPA.
• Spring transfer students with at least 24 transferable credit hours receive half the annual award initially and may renew for up to three additional semesters by completing the required credits and maintaining a 3.0 ESU GPA.
• Students with fewer than 24 transferable credit hours may be evaluated under freshman scholarship requirements.
